Data collected

• What you share in the consultation form: full name, phone number, whether you are a student or parent, level, and any note you add.
• Technical data processed by service providers when you visit the site: IP address, browser details and pages visited.

Why your data is processed, and the legal basis

Form details are used to reply to your request and arrange the consultation. They are not used for marketing and are not sold. They are processed on the basis of your explicit consent and to carry out discussions about the lessons you asked about. Technical data is processed to run the site and to monitor general visit statistics.

Service providers that receive data

• FormSubmit: forwards form details to the instructor by email.
• Cloudflare: site hosting, visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and serving icon files (cdnjs).
• Google Fonts: loading the typeface.
• Email service providers: receiving and replying to your request.

These providers may process data on servers outside Turkey. The consent you give when submitting the form also covers this transfer.

How long data is kept

Form details are kept until your request is concluded and for as long as legal obligations require, and are then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by email.

Under-18s

If you are under 18, please fill in the form together with a parent or guardian, or ask them to fill it in.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies and does not track you for advertising. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, was chosen for visit statistics.

Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and who receives it, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected and for data to be deleted, object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
